Agricultural Challenge of Champions Scholarship Program
We provide scholarships to two of the winners each year of the "Agricultural Challenge of Champions" at the Kansas State Fair. Money for the scholarship is raised through an auction at our annual convention. We have had a very successful auction each year thanks to our sponsors and also to our members who attend the convention.
Rules for the "Agricultural Challenge of Champions will be listed in the current year Exhibitor Handbook, Premium List, for the Kansas State Fair. The Exhibitor Handbook will be available in each County Extension Office, at each Agriculture Education Department in any High School having such a Department within the State of Kansas, the State 4-H Office, Division of Vocational and Community Colleges, State Department of Education, and the Kansas State Fair Office. It may be copied in all or part without permission from the Kansas State Fair. The telephone number for the Competitive Exhibits Department of the Kansas State Fair is (620)669-3621.
